I got great value for my money at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect for exploring the Waimea Canyon and the Na Pali coast boat tours. The staff at the hotel, especially Oskar the manager, were friendly and efficient.
The only thing that could have been better about breakfast was the selection. It would have been nice to have more options available.

our stay at the west inn kauai in kekaha was fantastic! the friendly staff upgraded us to a suite and the location was perfect for exploring waimea canyon. the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, with parking on-site. we loved being within walking distance of supermarkets and would definitely recommend this hotel for an early morning canyon adventure!
Towels weren't changed daily.

I recently stayed at a hotel on the west side of Kauai and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect for exploring the beautiful beaches and canyon. The room was spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I also appreciated having a mini kitchen area in the room. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.
One of the standout moments during my stay was when we had an issue with the microwave. However, the staff quickly addressed the problem and replaced it the same day.
